Today we are delighted to announce a new acquisition in Treviso, Italy.
The Treviso automotive lighting facility, formerly owned by OSRAM, has been acquired by the Flex-N-Gate Group.
The production site in Treviso, located in North-East of Italy, was established by OSRAM in 1966. It produces automotive lamps / modules / components for OEM customers on a production area of roughly 20.000 m².
The Treviso site is recognized as a leading production site for lighting and lighting components while having excellent capabilities in electronic production and testing. Storied expertise in thermal and mechanic assembly processes for glass, metal and plastic.
The highly motivated new FNG employees working at the site are well recognized and respected in the market for their segment-leading know-how!
Flex-N-Gate Treviso now serves as an important hub for the global Flex-N-Gate Lighting division, while allowing Flex-N-Gate to be fully autonomous in electronics for our lighting divisions worldwide.
